Treatment prices guide
Every effort is made for prices to be accurate; however, the exact pricing may depend on several factors, including the specific requirements for anaesthetic and the chosen hospital. All involved pricing will be explained in detail before booking a consultation or surgery.
Surgical procedures include the cost of follow-up consultations in their pricing:
-
Laser eye surgery: for up to 12 months – pricing includes any enhancement laser treatment up to 12 months
-
Cataract and refractive lens exchange: for up to 6 months – YAG capsulotomy not included in pricing
-
The fee of a medical consultation is £225 – screening for laser eye surgery is free.
Finance options
Surgical procedures and laser eye surgery are carried out within Spire Healthcare and Nuffield Health hospitals. This ensures the highest quality of care and also allows our patients to benefit from a range of finance options.
Spire Healthcare offer a range of payment plans from 0% APR interest free credit over 10 months to higher interest bearing loans at 9.9% APR, if you wish to spread your payments over 12 months or more (up to 60 months). The loan can be personalised based on how much you’d like to pay per month, how long you want the payments to be spread over and how much deposit you’d like to pay.
The following two examples illustrate finance options for standard cataract surgery and cataract / refractive lens exchange with multifocal lens implants. Alternatively, you can sample the Spire Healthcare calculator yourself.
